Hi, I'm Pauli. I am an instructional designer and elearning developer based in Raleigh, North Carolina. I have a passion for creating relevant, thoughtful, and interactive learning experiences. My experiences are in tech, banking, and compliance. I have worked in both adult and child learning and development. I have an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Masters of Arts in Special Education from New York University. I rounded out my adult learning background with a certificate in Elearning Instructional Design from University of California - Irvine.

My goal is to create learning experiences that speak to each learner and empower them to achieve their professional goals.
